New Hoboken Street Mural by Local Artist Raisa Nosova

Hudson County, New Jersey artist, Raisa Nosova won a competition that was juried by the Hoboken Arts Council for her proposal of a street mural in Hoboken, NJ. Back from living in Brooklyn for a few years, she was happy to reconnect with the city and meet and hear from so many remarkable locals about all the great things going on in this vibrant and bustling city. Raisa finished the project early November and is now looking forward to the official unveiling of the project with Mayor Ravinder Bhalla.
