Pro Arts Jersey City presents:
Curators Choice 2020 Virtual Exhibition—Selected from this year’s Meet The Curators Event
Curated by Bryant Small – Independent Curator and Artist, Pro Arts Co-President
Dates: Live through February 1, 2021
Pro Arts Jersey City presents Curators Choice 2020, an online virtual exhibition featuring 10 artists selected by professional curators during a one-day portfolio review called, “Meet the Curators.” This signature Pro Arts event is a professional development opportunity that enables local artists to expand their network and receive professional feedback through individual 20-minute sessions with NJ/NY gallerists and curators. This year for the first time, these sessions were conducted completely virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the conclusion of the portfolio review, artists were selected for inclusion in the Curators Choice 2020 exhibition based on their outstanding portfolios.
Participating Artists: Christine Barney, Donna Bassin, K Brown, Leandro Comrie, Suzan Globus, Deborah Jack, Charles Lane, Philip A Robinson Jr, Daryl-Ann Saunders, Pamela Shipley
