Acrylic Color Mixing Workshop:
Color Theory Meets Pigment Reality
Roy Kinzer of Golden Paints

Where: hob'art gallery | 720 Monroe Street, E208 | Hoboken, NJ

In this intensive four-hour workshop, we will explore one of the most important things we do as painters: mixing color. After all, you can't buy a tube for every color you need!
Through a series of simple and fun hands-on exercises we will explore how color theory meets pigment reality. You will develop a greater understanding of the physicality of paint and how it relates to color theory to create vivid, rich, and accurate colors.
If you've ever gotten disappointing results when mixing colors, this workshop will give you enough understanding about the physical qualities of paint to help you reduce the guesswork and gain confidence in achieving the exact colors you want.
