The Concept

The Artists Village is being designed to help artists who cannot afford individual studios of their own. A large studio, on the fifth floor, at the Monroe Center for The Arts will house approximately ten artists, artisans. Photographers are welcome to be part of the village. Each individual will have her or his assigned space, approximately 12 feet, and will have access to the studio at all times. This concept shares the burden of rent and allows the artist to have a work space and exhibition space at the Monroe Center. There will also be a common area, an exhibition area and a kitchenette. Moreover, the village will be a vibrant place where village people hold events in the exhibition space throughout the year. The Monroe Center plans to have more than one Artists Village depending on the response.
The Monroe Center is located at 720 Monroe Street, Hoboken; N.J.
Parking is free for our tenants, their clients and guests.

This sound like a good idea. How much is the rent? Can you give the square foot dimensions. Thank-you.
